What does my order status means?

It has 4 status in your account


It means your order unfinished.Your payment failed or incomplete.Once we've received your payment, we will confirm it within 24 hours and begin processing your order.

We got your order and your order is well in process and waiting for shipping.

We already sent out your package. Also,we will send you an email with your tracking number, courier name(DHL,UPS or TNT) and their website.So you could track your order online.

It means your payment failed or you cancelled the order.
Also,it included we cancelled the order.We will keep your order 1 month if you do not make the payment.After 1 month,we will cancel your order!
